Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Shipping Options
I offer several shipping options depending on your location:

  • Canada – Lettermail (Untracked):
    This is a lower-cost option available to Canadian customers. Please note that lettermail does not include tracking or insurance. Once an order has been mailed, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered lettermail shipments. Choosing this option means accepting this risk.

  • Tracked Shipping:
    Tracked shipping options are available at checkout and are recommended if you would like delivery confirmation and added peace of mind.

Delivery Estimates
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to postal delays, seasonal volume, or customs processing. Delivery timelines are outside of my control once an order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Prices do not include customs fees, import taxes, or duties. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country. These fees are not collected at checkout.
