Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Refunds
Refunds are not offered for orders that have already shipped, including delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

Untracked Lettermail (Canada)
Orders shipped via Canadian lettermail are untracked and uninsured. By selecting this shipping option, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risk of loss or delay. Refunds or replacements are not available for orders shipped via lettermail that are lost, delayed, or undelivered.

Tracked Shipments
If your order was shipped with tracking and is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, please contact me and I will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
